The Praying SheE.O.

You are not forgotten, overlooked, or without a place in God’s family. As you prepare to step into a new month, stand confidently in your identity as His child. You belong to Him. 🩵

Remember that as we step into the new month.

You don’t have to be led by old habits, fear, or the pressures of this world. Walk in the freedom God has given you and allow His Spirit to shape how you live, lead, and grow.🌱

The gifts God has placed within you are meant to be activated, not hidden. As you lead, serve, and build in the marketplace, allow the Holy Spirit to guide how you use your gifts to impact others and glorify God. 🙌🏾

The power of the Holy Spirit equips us to show up boldly and share God’s love wherever He leads us. As September comes to a close, let your faith be seen in the way you lead, serve, and connect. 🩵

Final days of September. Final moments to reflect on the seed planted this month. 🌱

Our focus all month long: An Open Heart, A Powerful Business: Activating the Gifts of the Spirit in the Marketplace.

Philippians 1:27 reminds us that above all, our conduct; how we handle clients, structure deals, write copy, lead teams, and solve problems, all of it should align with Heaven’s standards.

When you operate with an open heart, God fills your business with His power, wisdom, and gifts. As September winds down, ask yourself: Did my business reflect Kingdom culture this month?

Let’s finish the month strong, rooted in purpose and walking worthy of the call! 🙌

As our founder prepares for her sacred ordination this Sunday, 1 Timothy 4:14 is front and center.

"Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received through the prophecy spoken over you when the elders of the church laid their hands on you."

This moment is a beautiful activation. It is a holy confirmation of the calling God has already placed inside. Watching our founder, .Winborne fully embrace this step is a profound reminder that our spiritual gifts are not meant to be hidden. Whether you are called to minister from a pulpit or lead a corporation, the wisdom and discernment you carry are deeply necessary in this world.

As she steps boldly into this next season of marketplace ministry, we celebrate her obedience and her open heart. Let her journey be the encouragement you need to fully honor the gifts God has entrusted to your own hands.

You do not have to force the next door to open or muscle your way to the table.

Zechariah 4:6 is the ultimate counter to marketplace hustle: "It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit."

Building a powerful business requires a lot of you, but true authority is not found in grinding until you burn out. When you lead with an open heart, the Holy Spirit provides the strategy, the timing, and the endurance you actually need.

Where are you relying on your own strength today instead of His?
