A Mother's Tears LLC Dedicated to mothers who have lost a child. In 1999 a song was birthed, “A Mother’s Tears”, written by Erving Poole.

His inspiration resulted from the loss of his two nephews to a senseless murder, at the ages of 19 and 20. Kinley and Santino were beautiful young men with a bright future ahead of them but were taken suddenly and pitilessly by a total of 13 gunshot wounds. This tragedy changed Erving’s family forever. The song was not only intended to comfort his family, but he wanted to comfort all the broken he

arts of mothers and families around the world and let them know he feels their pain. Although for years after writing the song, Poole knew his mission was greater but didn’t identify it nor had any direction on how to move forward. But what he did know for a long time and kept in his heart was that his purpose was not to stop at the song. Finally, in 2016, Poole along with his sister, the mother of one of his nephews, formed A Mother’s Tears, LLC. Through the song and it’s anthem for strength, spirit of truth and remembrance, and a message against violence, A Mother’s Tears’ goal is also to acknowledge and salute a mother’s pain in the loss of her child . Whether she is the mother of the victim, mother of the accuser, mother of a lost soldier, or to an accident, su***de, illness or any tragedy; our message is to capture the tears of anger, grief, heartache, and the yearning for justice. Likewise, the message is magnified to reach those who committed violent crimes by motivating them to be soldiers instead, in reversing the power they dedicated to their crimes and channeling it within, and also to convert minds that have been desensitized to violence.

What's on my mind today is the brutal and senseless murders inflicted on our people, our children by the so-called people who are supposedly there to protect citizens. They are nothing less than murderers!!! As a Mother who lost a child to a senseless murder, I am not just truly tired, traumatized and sick of police brutality but also sick of my own people helping them rid of us!!!
