Best Friend Pet Adoption Best Friend Pet Adoption (BFPA) is an all-breed, all-foster (no physical shelter), dog and cat rescue

Our Mission is to give all rescued animals a chance to find their forever home, no matter their medical condition. Whether it is a senior, a pregnant mother, a heartworm positive dog, or an animal who needs immediate surgery, BFPA does not turn away or euthanize an animal due to the expense involved in returning them to good health.

Protecting vulnerable kittens starts long before adoption. 🖤

Siren was found behind a Cary fire station with her sister. Sadly, her sister didn't survive the night.

It's a heartbreaking reminder of why TNR programs and rescue organizations are so important. Every spayed and neutered community cat helps prevent more kittens from facing uncertain beginnings.

Siren survived. Now she's looking for a family to give her the future every kitten deserves.

Winston's unique smoky gray coat with warm orange undertones might catch your eye—but his sweet personality is what you'll fall in love with.

Monty may not be the life of the party, but once you've earned his trust, you'll have a loyal best friend for life. This sweet 3-year-old boy takes his time getting to know new people, but behind that shy exterior is a dog who loves deeply and sticks close to the people he trusts.

Little Red is FIV-positive—but she's also healthy, playful, affectionate, and ready to live a long, happy life.

This sweet girl may be a little shy at first, but once she's comfortable, she'll greet you with nonstop purrs, endless playtime, and plenty of cuddles. She loves laser pointers, toy mice, string toys, and after she's burned off that kitten energy, she's all about belly rubs and lap time.

TOMORROW Best Friend Pet Adoption is joining Aviator Brewing Company for Wag-O-Ween, a Halloween event for dogs and their people.
Best Friend Pet Adoption will be there with some wonderful adoptable dogs looking for their person.

Bring your dog in their best costume for the contest with fun prizes, a silent auction, K9 demonstrations, and shop with other local businesses.
