The Food Science Club is an organization of students that study or are interested in the food science discipline at North Carolina State University. The club provides students the opportunity to interact with other students, professors, and professionals in the field of Food Science beyond the classroom atmosphere. Weekly meetings incorporate presentations from p

rofessors and companies in the food industry. Members of the Club develop professional skills while participating in Institute of Food Technologists Student Association (IFTSA) and food-industry sponsored competitions.

It's that time of year again! Tickets are now on sale for the annual Wine and Cheese Gala. This year's event will take place on March 21st from 7 to 9pm at the Thomas G. Crowder Woodland Center. The NCSU Food Science Club would be honored if you would attend this fundraising event to support Wine to Water.
