Last week, NCFA staff rolled up their sleeves and assembled 1,000 Goods from the Woods boxes! 🌲📦

Each box highlights 14 everyday products that come from trees, complete with descriptions and a featured North Carolina Project Learning Tree activity: We All Need Trees.

There’s also a new product included in this year’s box… any guesses? 👀

North Carolina educators — including homeschool families — can request a Goods from the Woods box, and NCFA will gladly send one to you for free!

Interested? Email Abigail Ridge at [email protected] to request yours today!

Our Story

The NCFA, the state’s oldest forest conservation organization, was established in 1911. Today it is a private, non-profit partnership of over 4,200 forest managers, landowners, mill operators, loggers, furniture manufacturers, educators and others concerned about the long-term health and productivity of the state’s forest resources and the industries they support.

The NCFA seeks to serve its membership through four major programs – Legislative Affairs, Training for Forestry Professionals, Education and Communications.
