Young Women Growing Inc EDUCATION, DIVERSITY, AND CULTURE! PROGRAM NAMES:

Different Strokes is the central program for Young Women Growing.

The program focuses on interacting with different ethnicities and various cultures. The program will consist of team building exercises designed by the mentor once a month. Lifetime Achievement is a program that teaches the young women how important it is to leave a positive impact. Developing an understanding and relationship with the community. Over the Horizons is the program that is all about

creativity. The young women will be involved in many different programs meant to help them make the most of their future. They will receive assistance and direction in pursuing a career – whether college bound or technical training specific to a trade, mentors will be guiding their decisions. This program will give them a chance to experience a variety of career choices . This program will encourage these young girls to show their creativity and learn by networking among themselves, exchanging ideas and building on concepts that they’ve learned.
