Grateful for Growth & New Beginnings!
I’m excited to share that I am now officially a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor! 🙌🏾
This certification means a lot....not just for me, but for the young people and communities I serve every day. Mental health matters, and our youth deserve adults who are trained, prepared, and committed to showing up for them in meaningful ways.
My goal is bigger than the certificate. I plan to spread this knowledge, equip others, and encourage more people in my network to become certified as well. The more of us who understand how to recognize, support, and respond to youth mental health needs, the stronger and safer our communities become.
Grateful for the opportunity. Grateful for the responsibility. Grateful for the impact ahead. 🙏🏾✨

It was truly an honor meeting Kimberly McGhee.Her heart for service is evident, not only through her work as a runner for Wake County Commissioner, but also through her dedication as a solid servant with the nonprofit Seasons Village.It’s always inspiring to connect with leaders who are grounded in service, community, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. We were honored to welcome Sherita Walton, candidate for Wake County District Attorney, to Infinity Wake County!
Sherita Walton, a seasoned attorney and dedicated public servant with over 20 years of experience, toured our facility to learn more about our mission to empower youth facing learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and long-term suspensions. Her visit reflects her commitment to community engagement and her vision for a justice system rooted in fairness, compassion, and transparency.
As a former prosecutor and current legal advisor to the Raleigh Police Department, Sherita brings a well-rounded perspective to the challenges and opportunities within our justice system. Her candidacy is grounded in values that align with our work at Infinity Wake—uplifting youth, fostering accountability, and building trust between institutions and the communities they serve.
We appreciate her taking the time to connect with our team and learn about the transformative work happening here. We look forward to continued dialogue and collaboration with leaders who are committed to making Wake County a safer, more equitable place for all.

🎃 Infinity Wake Spreads Halloween Cheer! 🍬
This week, our incredible staff and students came together to assemble festive Halloween candy bags for the amazing kids at Frankie Lemmon School and families in the Kings Ridge community! 💜🧡
From sorting treats to decorating bags with love, every moment was filled with joy, teamwork, and the spirit of giving. Our youth are learning that leadership includes service—and that small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

Infinity Wake is proud to celebrate one of our outstanding alumni, Jonathan Perez Tshipamba, who recently represented our program at the Board of Trustees Conference with grace, confidence, and purpose.
Jonathan’s journey is a powerful testament to resilience and leadership. As a student, he overcame challenges, rose as a mentor and advocate, and inspired others through his dedication. Today, he stands tall as a proud business owner and is preparing to serve our country as a soon-to-be soldier in the U.S. Army.
