Bobby and Page Johnson started going on mission trips to Kenya in 2001, preaching the Gospel and helping them to start new churches. When they took their children in 2008, they visited more schools. "We realized that just by having our children teach a Bible story to the students, that it opened the eyes of the adults there to the reality of how God can work in the life of a child." Even the stude
nts were thrilled to have them come to teach them and requested that they return. Please pray as they share the gospel with new believers, teach in the schools, teach sexual purity, and encourage the churches. The pastor has decided that he wants to start a ministry with children. Kenyan Pastor Joshua Nyicula said, “I think I am seeing a New Life Camp in Kenya [for the future] I see with Caleb and Tamara how God can work in the life of young people”. They have been prayerfully seeking God’s guidance as well as the guidance of New Life Camp, Raleigh, as they help them achieve that vision. With this, they started Interlocking Ministries.
