SigEp - NC Beta The NC Beta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. The NC Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon was founded on March 4th, 1905 by William F. Brock, Lacy Moore, Jokton L.

Hemphill, Robert P. Uzzell, and Joseph P. Lovill. It was the 15th Chartered Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon and is currently the 4th oldest chapter based on continuous years of operation. Brother of the Month update! Mr. March, Don McGinnis, is a sophomore from Honesdale, PA who is currently studying Nuclear Engineering and Business. He maintains a GPA of 3.93 while staying involved in extracurricular activities both within and outside of the fraternity. Some of his hobbies include Basketball, Golf and Lifting. This summer he will be working on nuclear powered aircraft carriers and submarines for the US Navy through an internship that he received through the Newport News Shipbuilding company in VA. We would like to congratulate our brother, Don, on all of his achievements.
