Southeastern Healthcare of NC A company dedicated to the community through providing adult day, psycho-social rehabilitation services, home health care and overnight respite services.

Southeastern Healthcare of North Carolina began in 1991 as a small adult day health facility serving 12 participants. Responding to the growing needs among seniors and disabled adults, Southeastern expanded its service offerings to include case management, home health, behavioral health and respite services. We serve the Johnston, Wake and Durham Counties as we also have a PSR Clubhouse in Clayton, Johnston, NC.

Stop by Hidden Gems Thrift Store located at 322 McCormick Street Garner, NC 27529. We have lots of gently used items for everyone in the family. Our store hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. All our clothes are sorted by size and color.

We also are accepting donations.
