Welcome to Riverside of Raleigh, a planned community that is home to over 600 families in North Raleigh. Our community is interlaced with sidewalks and 70 acres of permanent open space that adjoin the Neuse River. The Amenities include a beautiful swim pavilion with a Junior Olympic Pool, two tennis courts and a picnic and playground area. There are neighborhood schools on the traditional school c

🎄✨ Riverside neighbors, what a night! Our annual carriage rides were a hit—beignets, hot drinks, holiday music, and those beautiful horse‑drawn carriages set the scene.

The best part? Meeting each other and seeing the joy in our little ones’ eyes.

Dear Riverside Residents:

The Fall Community Wide Yard Sale for Riverside will be held on Saturday, October 18th. The sale will be advertised in the News & Observer and signs will be posted on Perry Creek and Wildwood Forest Roads to advertise the event. The hours will be 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. Owners can set up in their garage or yard. Balloons on the mailboxes of participating homes are suggested.
