Before you close the book on this week, take a moment to reflect.

We spend so much of our time building, planning, solving problems, chasing opportunities, and looking at the numbers.

But every now and then, we need to step back and ask a different set of questions:

What am I investing my time and energy into?
Is it producing the kind of growth I’m looking for?
Am I building with intention, or simply staying busy?
And most importantly, does what I’m building align with what God is asking of me?

As Kingdom entrepreneurs, reflection is just as important as ex*****on. So before you rush into another week, take some time to review not just your business performance, but your direction, priorities, relationships, and purpose.

Maybe the most important business meeting you have this week is the one you have with yourself and God.

What a meaningful time together at yesterday’s EPIC Business Luncheon! 🙌

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a great gathering of Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs.

We’re almost there!

In 2 days, we’ll be gathering for our EPIC Kingdom Business Luncheon, and preparations are underway.

This month, T.J. Johnson will be taking the stage for Tilling Hard Ground, a conversation shaped by his own remarkable journey and the realities of facing challenges that don’t always come with easy answers.

There will be lunch, there will be plenty of familiar faces, and new ones too. Most importantly, there will be space to step away from the usual pace of work for a couple of hours and engage with other Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs.

Thomas Lee Johnson (T.J.) has experienced some extraordinary contrasts in his journey. From foster care and homelessness to building spy satellites for the CIA, becoming a U.S. Senate candidate in North Carolina, and building a multi-million-dollar strategy consulting firm through Agile Immersive.

But what makes his story particularly compelling is what sits underneath those experiences: faith, resilience, conviction and the willingness to keep tilling hard ground when the odds seem impossible.

Entrepreneurship will constantly ask us to make decisions, navigate uncertainty, recognize opportunities, and determine what deserves our attention. But beneath all the strategy and experience we bring to the table, there is something even more important: knowing how to seek God and recognize His direction.

God does not always lead us through the loudest or most obvious path. Sometimes His direction requires us to slow down, create space, and pay attention. Sometimes it asks us to step beyond what is familiar and trust Him before we can see the outcome.

May we become entrepreneurs who don’t simply make decisions, but seek God in our decisions. Entrepreneurs who value wisdom over impulse, discernment over noise, and obedience over comfort.

Because when God is leading, we can move forward with confidence even when we cannot see the whole road ahead.

This summer, EPIC had the opportunity to take faith and entrepreneurship beyond the marketplace and into Colombia, connecting with students, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and communities across the country.

Through conversations and shared experiences with thousands of people, we explored faith, leadership, entrepreneurship, and the importance of using our God-given gifts to create meaningful impact. We were reminded that whether you’re just beginning your journey or leading an established business, your work can be a platform for Kingdom influence.

More than 200 people gave their lives to Jesus, with many others renewing their commitment to Christ. It was a powerful reminder that when faith and entrepreneurship come together, the impact can reach individuals, businesses, families, and entire communities.

We believe Kingdom entrepreneurship isn’t simply about building successful businesses, it’s about using what God has entrusted to us to serve others and advance His Kingdom.
