Congratulations to our Chapter Mom and TA, Tomica Adams, who will be appearing on the civilian version of The Traitors! Out of more than 80,000 applicants, Tomica was selected as one of the Traitors and Faithfuls.

Tune in September 17 at 8/7c on NBC and stream it the next day on Peacock. Her Capital City Chapter moms are so proud of her and will be cheering her on all the way! 💙💕💙💕

💙💕Day 3 of the 47th National Convention was another great day! We continued the business of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and attended the inspiring Shining Star Programming Luncheon.

We were proud to receive recognition for our Civic Programming, Health Programming, and Program Handbook Excellent Score Award. Kudos to our IPPD Mechele Stewart and CPD Zakiya Leggett for ensuring our programming remained compliant, aligned, and reflective of the excellence of our chapter.

We wrapped up the evening with an amazing celebration hosted by Jack and Jill Mother That Chick Angel, featuring performances by SWV and Dru Hill.

A day filled with purpose, recognition, and celebration. We couldn’t be prouder to represent the Capital City Chapter! 💙💕

Convention Day 2: 💙💕

Day 2 was full of memorable moments! We celebrated our 2025 Associate Jewel as she officially crossed the bridge into Associate Land. We attended an inspiring Legislative Luncheon, “Rooted in Resistance, Grounded in Justice, Anchored in Democracy,” moderated by former White House correspondent April Ryan. The luncheon reminded us of the importance of continuing to advocate for the well-being of our children.

We also continued the business of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. before ending the day with lots of fun, fellowship, and smiles at the Eastern Region Family Fun Night Carnival.
