We serve children in our neighborhoods, across the US and around the world. Overflowing Hands partners with people that are passionate about children.

Our mission is to serve, empower and transform children by providing basic needs, camps, youth development, leadership training, mission trips and life changing experiences. We support programs that are driven by individuals and organizations believing that every child deserves a chance to achieve their highest potential. Currently, we serve children in the United States, Bahamas, Nicaragua and Spain. Our mission is "Reshaping lives by gathering resources to serve the most vulnerable children of the world." Overflowing Hands is building Hope Center shelters for kids, sponsoring programs and delivering youth development for kids.

This World Youth Skills Day, we are celebrating the power of leadership, encouragement, and opportunity.

Through Overflowing Hands’ “I Am” movement, kids and teenagers in communities with fewer resources are participating in leadership classes designed to help them grow in confidence, build practical life skills, and believe in their future.

When we invest in youth development and leadership training, we help create stronger communities for generations to come.

Your support helps make programs like these possible for kids locally and around the world.

Healthy meals can help students stay focused, encouraged, and ready to learn.

Through the Scratch Kitchen Initiative, Overflowing Hands is partnering with RISE Southeast Raleigh Charter School to help provide fresh, scratch-cooked meals for local students and teachers, and we are looking for volunteers to help serve.

In August and September, volunteers are needed on a regular basis to kick off the new school year and your time can make a meaningful difference in the lives of kids in our community.

🔸Serve meals to scholars
🔸Encourage kids to make healthy choices for breakfast and lunch
🔸Help create a welcoming environment

Together, we can continue fighting food insecurity and serving Wake County families with care and compassion.
