CASA is a nonprofit affordable housing developer and compassionate property manager. Our goal for each tenant is that they never face homelessness again.

CASA develops and manages affordable rental housing, primarily for veterans and people living with disabilities. We are a hands-on property manager, committed to our tenants and their neighborhoods. Since 1992, we have seen what high-quality permanent supportive housing can do to bring brighter tomorrows to tenants and communities.

It’s been just over two weeks since CASA’s annual Fall Fundraiser, A Ticket Home, and we’re still amazed by the incredible support and generosity of our community!💚

Together, we raised over $170,000 for CASA During our Fall Fundraiser!

Thanks to our incredible community, CASA’s Fall Fundraiser exceeded our $150,000 goal!

🚪🆁🅴🆂🅸🅳🅴🅽🆃 🆂🆃🅾🆁🅸🅴🆂 🔑 In 2013, Cristina's husband got sick and lost his job. She lost her job too. Then they lost their apartment. With a daughter with autism, Cristina and her family wound up in an emergency shelter.
"We stood there for about six weeks," she says. "We were pretty blessed with a good caseworker. She's the one that got us here to CASA." 🏠
That was 2014. Twelve years later, Cristina is still here.

"Everything became stable. He got better. He's now working. Life at CASA normalized."
Her daughter? "She's blossomed."
