Robert Suttle spoke to how legal and public health institutions shape whose humanity is respected and who is punished. When we talk about HIV decriminalization, we must remember that, often, stigma and misinformation are at the root of the policy we work to dismantle. At today, we're demanding lawmakers center humanity and compassion when it comes to law and public health.
