Today, we were proud to host White Coat Wednesday at the North Carolina Legislative Building!

Residents, medical students, and physicians from across the state came together to meet with legislators, learn more about the policymaking process, and explore how they can get involved in advocacy at the state level.

Advocacy is an important part of protecting and advancing pediatric care, and it was inspiring to see the next generation of physician leaders engaging directly with policymakers to help shape the future of healthcare in North Carolina.

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared their voice today!

Thank you to Dr. Erica Cravanas and Dr. JeNita Partridge for hosting a wonderful mixer for residents and early career physicians at Namu in Durham on Friday evening! 🎉

Last night we had such a great time connecting with the Pediatric Interest Group at Campbell Univeristy!

It was a small, lowkey evening filled with pizza, conversation, and meaningful discussion around what advocacy looks like as a student and future pediatrician.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time with such a thoughtful and passionate group of students!
