Today, we were proud to host White Coat Wednesday at the North Carolina Legislative Building!

Residents, medical students, and physicians from across the state came together to meet with legislators, learn more about the policymaking process, and explore how they can get involved in advocacy at the state level.

Advocacy is an important part of protecting and advancing pediatric care, and it was inspiring to see the next generation of physician leaders engaging directly with policymakers to help shape the future of healthcare in North Carolina.

Thank you to Dr. Erica Cravanas and Dr. JeNita Partridge for hosting a wonderful mixer for residents and early career physicians at Namu in Durham on Friday evening! 🎉

The event brought together local pediatric residents and early career physicians for a fun evening of networking, connection, and community-building. We loved seeing everyone come together and are so appreciative of Drs. Cravanas and Partridge for planning such a great event!

Last Friday, we had such a great time attending the Wake Forest resident retreat at the beautiful Graylyn Estate in Winston-Salem! ☀️

We had the opportunity to hear from Dr. Dobson on employment contracts and personal finances—such valuable insights for residents as they prepare for what’s next.

It’s always a joy to connect in person and meet incredible residents. Thanks for having us!
