UPDATE--i don't want to delete the post so we have it in our history, but the sale happened on the 1st. Thanks to all who came!

A late reminder!

Tomorrow, we will have the estate sale. It will open at 2pm for dues payers, 3pm for others. You can pay dues on-site, so nobody has to wait until 3.

CASH ONLY

It is at 8828 Brayer Hill Path in Wake Forest. Leave your Corvette at home--its a first road, but any normal car should be fine. When you see the school bus, bear left and turn off your GPS. Follow the red-lettered signs to the wood shop--it's up the hill, down the hill, and up another hill. I plan to get signs or balloons or something to help.

Shout out to RLG member Josh Wieties for sharing with us the techniques he uses to achieve the outstanding edges on his wallets. After hearing his process explained, two key words spring to mind: "detail oriented "! The passion for his craft is certainly displayed in the results he gets- and this is so true for all of us who allow our love for creating with leather guide our hands. Below are some of the items he prefers to utilize. Josh states that the glue, straight blade and wax can be purchased from Rocky Mountain Leather supply.

Great turnout at the regular monthly Raleigh Leather Guild meeting- and our members have been as industrious as ever!
