Original Circle of Friends The Original Circle of Friends (OCOF) is a philanthropic non-profit organization committed to raising money to fund higher education for young adults.

The substantial funds for college scholarships are primarily generated from the annual OCOF Saturday "daytime" fund raiser. This event is held during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) basketball tournament. As a result of over 20 years of fund raising, OCOF has established an endowment at North Carolina Central University and has donated over $25,000 to the endowment. In addi

tion, OCOF has contributed thousands of dollars toward tuition, books, living expenses and emergency funds to deserving college students in need.
