Boneyard Robotics

We are so excited to recap last week—our busiest week yet in the season!

Before we headed off to Worlds, we had to spread some love in our community. We assisted at a local community college STEM night, ran a booth at an elementary school STEM night with four different schools, and ran our monthly program with our favorite afterschool program. We also held a few early recruitment events, led a workshop with a local FBLA chapter, and hosted another STEMceptional Children event.

We had a blast doing what we love most—welcoming everyone in the boneyard and expanding STEM for all people in our community.

Now… we are headed off to Worlds, and could not be more excited to represent Pitt County on the world stage. Stay tuned for our daily schedule!

What a BLAST!🚀

We had an amazing time kicking off our student-led initiative, STEMceptional Children, today at J. H. Rose High School with the special needs students. We explored the engineering design process by building and decorating doodle bots and introduced them to our team’s mission.

Making STEM accessible to all people is our mission, and we are proud to expand opportunities for people of all backgrounds.
