Sparkle Mentoring Program Our mission is to equip them with the tools they need to succeed. SPARKLE is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. We will provide a group mentoring experience.

Sparkle Mentoring Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing personal development opportunities specifically for black girls from ages 10–18. This organization is formed for girls of color ages 12-18. We provide a nonjudgmental and
safe environment in which teens participate in interactive monthly enrichment
workshops facilitated by community professionals and leaders.

Mentors will follow-up with each girl between monthly meetings. SPARKLE commits to linking the girls and their families to community resources. SPARKLE is dedicated to increase teens’ leadership, educational, social and spiritual
development. We implement evidence-based practices. Evaluations of youth
mentoring programs have provided evidence that high-quality, enduring
relationships can lead to a range of positive outcomes for the young people
involved. (MENTOR, National Mentoring Partnership).
