Have You Or Anyone In Your Family Ever Canned Their Own Food? Not Just For Survival; But For A Healthy Way Of Living And To Know What You And Your Family Is Eating.
Good Food Start With Us Learning And Preparing The Right Food To Feed Our Families, Having Food Stored Up For Rainny Day And For The Welbeing Of Our Health Is Essential Now More Than Ever; People We Are In A State Of Emergency And Time Is Running Out. A lot Of The Food Today Is Over Processed They Have Too Many Chemicals In Them And Now They Are Lab Growing Food. We Have To Started Shopping At Farmer Markets, Whole Food, Trade Joe Just To Name A Few You Might Have Different Store Where You Live To Buy Fresh Fruit And Vegetables (With Seeds). You Can Also Start Your Own Garden Indoor Or Outdoors. Listen Everyone Let Start Some Where We Must Get “Back To The Basic.” God Is Giving His People Time To Preserve Food For Their Families. Church Folks Are Dying Too Early And They Got Too Many Sickness And Diseases So Think About It But Don’t Waste To Much Time Because Time Is Running Out Act Now And Take Back Your Families And Stop Starving Your Bodies From The Natural Nourishes That It Needs.
