Preaching Christ to students today at Steven F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. My day at campus began with a delightful conversation with Alison and Jacob. Both Roman Catholic campus missionaries.The conversation remained pleasant and respectful as I compared and contrasted Scripture with their wrong views on a host of topics.

As you can see, students brought out chairs to listen to the preaching. That's a first!

Anthony had brought a woman to the killing place yesterday morning. Since COVID all companions of the abortion-bound mothers are required to wait in their cars. (3-4+ hours) Anthony heard me preaching and calling out to him for quite a while. He actually got out of his car, was facing me, and seemed to be really listening. I encouraged him to come over to talk face-to-face. Anthony came up the driveway and introduced himself to me. He said he is a former combat Marine. Anthony said:"I've killed people in my civilian and military life." Then he asked me; “What’s the difference between killing this baby and killing a 7 year old in Iraq? It’s the same thing.” He admitted that he has never forgotten that 7 year old boy that he shot. But, Anthony went on to say: “Listen, I’m not the one who wants this”. He claimed to be a Christian, but admitted he needed to get right with God. Anthony said he brought his wife to kill their baby because she doesn’t want their child. Anthony said his wife wanted to murder their first baby, but he got on his knees and begged, and she relented. He said, “I am not going to make my wife have a kid she doesn’t want.”

I explained the serious nature of murdering his own son or daughter and that God strictly forbids the shedding of innocent blood. He let Anthony know that he was NOT a Christian, because the Scripture declares that no murderer has eternal life in him. I explained that a genuine follower of Jesus has been born again. I told Anthony that a real believer in Christ repents of his sin and has the power of God’s Spirit to love a holy life. I encouraged the young man to go inside to get his wife out of there, to protect and defend his wife and child. I offered to get together with Anthony so that I could help him understand what it truly means to be a born-again Christian. We exchanged cell phone numbers and Anthony texted me to say he has my number.

I texted him this morning. I asked him if his wife went through with murdering their baby. I wasn't sure if Anthony's wife had come for a surgical or medical abortion. I gave Anthony the website which would help him and his wife reverse the effect of the abortion pill on their child. www.abortionpillreversal.com , but have not received a reply.

These divine appointments are an answer to prayer. My wife and I are praying that Anthony fought for his baby, and that he will be contacting me soon so that we can get together. Patte would like to meet with his wife.

What an honor to be an ambassador of Christ in such a dark and bloody place.

Monica brought her 20 year old niece to the killing place, saying, “I know the Bible. Everyone makes mistakes”. Such a pity that people like Monica, who says, “I was raised Christian”, think of soul-damning sins as mere “mistakes”. There is no fear of God in her eyes. She would not repent and show mercy on her precious, helpless, innocent family member., but choose instead to conspire together to slay the little baby.

I explained the truth and we gave Monica a good gospel tract. Monica remained determined to help her niece murder her grand niece or nephew.

I haven’t posted about our gospel journeys and encounters here for a while. Each week we have been going out with the Law and Gospel to intentionally engage the perishing on college campuses, on the streets of bustling cities like Gatlinburg, and at abortuaries.

We know that God’s Word never returns void.
It always accomplishes that which God sends it out to accomplish. It is hard to see that oftimes, as with Monica, it serves to increase the guilty culpability of sinners in their sin.

Hello dear brethren,
When I am in Florida I preach weekly at the abortion clinic and at USF.
While the former is a dark venue the Lord has raised up a band of missionaries who faithfully minister at the clinic. So Patte and I get to come alongside and encourage them.

The campus is much more joyful and I had a great conversation this past week with Ali. He came by twice while I was preaching in 2 different places and sat quietly. I eventually spoke with him. Ali was raised Muslim but is very interested in understanding who Jesus was/ is. Ali intends to join me soon at a Sunday worship service.

At USF there is an aspiring professor in the religious studies department who comes every year to argue ( often loudly) with the campus preachers. His name is Rob and he was raised in a Christian home (Apostolic Church) but long ago went onto a different path. He is very well read and makes a great heckler. He gathers the students around us. So please pray the Lord would convert him. Rob is blind but thinks he sees!

The Super Bowl Outreach followed a week of campus preaching from Tampa to Miami.
21 men attended my advanced preacher training at FIU. It was a productive 9 days of outreach.

Next weekend 2/23-26 I will be speaking in New Orleans and training some men. We will preach together at Mardi Gras daily as well.
It will be dark days and that crowd will be hard. But the Lord’s preached Word will accomplish all that the Lord has ordained.

God has commanded
“You shall not murder”.
He has the power to save you from your evil heart, from whence come all wicked inclinations of sin.
He has the authority and power to set you free from your slavery to your father, the devil, whom you serve as you conspire together to shed the innocent blood of your children today.
Christ has the power to forgive and to cleanse your defiled conscience.
Repent! The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Repent and believe the Gospel!

What a blessed honor it is to labor together with beloved brethren and lift up Jesus Christ amongst the poor perishing souls at the killing place yesterday.

Christ is Lord and King of Orlando! We had a glorious time with dear brethren, including brothers Tom Rayborn and Ed Rivera. We called this part of our outreach the AARP tour.

This photo was taken at UCF, where Patte and I spent the last two days. UCF is the largest public university campus in the USA with nearly 60,000 students! Students were very friendly. We preached in various places on campus with good gospel conversations and thousands of gospel tracts going out. I’ll post more photos in the comments.

En route to Miami now. Tomorrow, and Thursday, Lord willing, Florida International University (FIU).

Today begins a 10 day preaching tour from Tampa to Miami. I have some fine men joining me, as well as Patte. I
would very much appreciate your prayers!

Thursday: inner-city Streetpreaching with PCA church planter JimBo Mullen in Tampa (https://www.facebook.com/ChristSatisfies/)
Friday: Campus preaching USF (University of South Florida in Tampa)
Saturday: gospel entreaties at abortuary and Gasparilla outreach (always challenging venues)
Sunday: worship. Some of the men will be preaching at Pro Bowl in Orlando
Monday/Tuesday- preach at UCF (University Central Florida in Orlando)
Wednesday/Thursday- preach at FIU (Florida International University in Miami)
Also will be training some men who are flying in for SuperBowl Outreach (https://superbowloutreach.org) from across US.
Friday-Sunday- Street-preaching by the Super Bowl Experience, South Beach and Hard Rock Stadium.

Please pray for divine unction upon the preached Word and for Christ to be properly exalted before the people.
God’s Word will not return void!

Joshua said to the people;

We shall go forth with a shout of triumph, splitting the ears, so to speak. Shouting the shout of prayer, of faith, crying to heaven. We shall cry aloud in the streets with the wisdom of God, a concerted and loud shout of acclamation of the Son of God's love. We shall proclaim the sovereign Kingship of Jesus Christ, and shout with confident expectation that God's Word shall do God's work, by God's Spirit, for God's glory, and for the salvation of souls. We have full assurance of faith that Christ shall be greatly glorified. By the grace of the Lord, we possess an unshakable belief that God with make good His Word.

Ed and I are so grateful for this dear sister in Christ. I first met June at an REF (Reformed Evangelistic Fellowship formerly known as Presbyterian Evangelistic Fellowship) conference a number of years ago. June graciously offered to house me and other evangelists if we ever wanted to bring the gospel to Costa Rica. I have never forgotten her offer and am very happy that Ed was as excited as I was at the prospect of going to San Jose to preach. June is a wonderful hostess and we have been thrilled with the divine appointments God has orchestrated through our preaching from the very first day we arrived. A brother in Christ came by as I was preaching and noticed Ed struggling a bit in his translating. Denis offered to be our translator whenever he is available, and it has worked out splendidly.

Magnify the LORD with me;
let us exalt His Name together.
~ Psalm 34:3

The Lord has amazed me with the people He has been bringing up to speak with us. Gospel preaching leads to gospel conversations! So many want to ask questions about the Law and Gospel that we are sharing.

Another of the delightful gifts Jesus has providentially ordained, is that, thanks be to God, we now have a dear young woman joining us to pass out tracts. Abigael heard me preaching and came up to find out more. Now she accompanied us and eagerly passes out tracts to passers by and those who stop to listen. Thank You, Lord, for sending Abigael to us!

O come, let us worship and bow down;
let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

And, one of the local chiefs of police listened to me preach in the plaza for a good while. (We preach with an amplifier, mind you.) When I was finished he warmly thanked us for coming here to his city to preach. It turns out that he lived in Charlotte, NC for a while. What a small world! The officer spoke with us for 10 minutes and was so pleased that we have come from the states to bring the Light of Christ’s Truth to San Jose.

Much openness for and to the gospel in San Jose. The Lord brought Ed and I a brilliant translator who is eager to serve His Master. His name is Denis. He is very passionate about serving the Lord. Highly educated, but very humble. We preach all day in this huge open plaza, starting at one end, and finishing at the other end. It’s a great venue. The culture is so friendly compared to US or western countries. People move more slowly, and take time with one another. They are not in such a rush.

One man, about 75 years old, listened to my message, thanked me and then told Ed he wanted to repent and believe the gospel. So Ed counseled him and then he prayed a prayer of repentance in his own words confessing his sin and calling out to the Lord to save him.

We love it here in San Jose!

Praise the Lord! It hasn’t rained and we are getting very good reception to our proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ here in The open market in San Jose. Crowds gathered and many stayed to thank us.

Ed and I are very encouraged.
