Be in the know, and understand the impact before you go. Just because it glitters, does not always mean it's gold!

As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the history, culture, contributions, and resilience of Hispanic and Latino communities across NC and our nation. 💙💛

Our communities may have different stories, cultures, and experiences, but we are in this fight together. The fight for equality, justice, opportunity, and dignity requires all of us. When one community is challenged, we must stand together—because our collective strength is greater when we refuse to be divided.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we celebrate our Hispanic and Latino brothers and sisters and reaffirm the importance of unity, solidarity, and standing together for justice for ALL.

We are stronger together. We must remain ONE.

Climate justice is about more than the environment. It’s about our communities, our health, and our future.

For years, the NAACP has been working to address the root causes and impacts of climate disasters, while pushing for policies that protect the communities most impacted and create a healthier, more equitable future.

Join us during Climate Week NYC for conversations on climate justice, environmental equity, and what it takes to build a future where our communities can thrive.
