Back to Basic – Strengthen programs that enhance success in reading, math, science and history/civics for all students. Re-invent – Learning environments and techniques designed for the industrial era need to evolve to engage more active learners to succeed in the new workforce. Connect – Build the tools for stakeholders to better share practices and collaborate on new strategies. TRANSFORM
Invest – Identify initiatives in traditional public, charter and private schools that are making a difference. Replicate – Invest in targeted environments to reproduce the successful models that produce change . Connect – Celebrate success, promote it at all levels to all stake holders across the state. Unite private and public funders with positive opportunities for investment that creates real reform.

Shameful. And this 67% not proficient in math and 65% in reading was data from a few years ago pre-Covid. Estimates today are likely 70% of public school children are not proficient in math and reading.
As our schools continue to focus soley on expanding social agenda education our kids are falling further behind.
