Measure. Benchmark. Improve.

The NIOSH Worker Well-Being Questionnaire (WellBQ) is a free, evidence-based tool designed to help organizations assess workforce well-being and identify opportunities for improvement.

The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete and can be used alongside organizational metrics such as turnover, injury rates, and healthcare costs to provide a more complete picture of worker well-being.

Through the HERO Worker Well-Being Clearinghouse, organizations can also contribute anonymous data to support benchmarking and research.

Financial stress affects nearly every workplace, but are we addressing the root causes?

Join us for HERO's Summer Think Tank on July 15, a virtual members-only convening focused on one of the most pressing well-being challenges facing organizations today.

Together, we'll explore:
• Who financial well-being programs are really designed for
• Why employees often don't use available resources
• What meaningful measurement looks like beyond participation rates
• How to build a stronger business case for financial well-being

This interactive discussion will bring together employers, researchers, consultants, and thought leaders to share practical insights and evidence-based approaches.
