The "Original" Raleigh Weekly Social Run We meet every Monday at Trophy Brewing on Maywood Avenue in Raleigh, NC.

Runners/walkers leave @ 6PM, with most opting for the mapped out 3, 4, or 5 mile loops... some choose their own path. At 7PM we begin the entertainment, whether it's trivia, or one of our monthly Charity runs.

Monday Night Run Club will be meeting at Great Outdoor Provision Co. Headquarters ((3915 Beryl Rd) on Monday (8/3) to run and pack backpacks to support foster youth in Wake County via Friends of Wake County GAL through our Annual Backpack and School Supply Drive

Run🏃‍♀️at 6pm ➡️ Backpack Stuffing 🎒7pm

Come out for miles, mission and good vibes - plus Great Outdoor Provision Co. gift cards, Trophy Brewing & Pizza pizza, fun swag, and a chance to make a real impact!

The school year is right around the corner and we got backpacks to stuff!

If you can’t make it out to our run on Monday at The Bend Bar & Kitchen (which you totally should because we have a full lineup for y’all!!) you can still donate and help us send some kids to school with the best start! We’re partnering with Great Outdoor Provision Co. to stuff 150 backpacks for foster children in Wake County through the great people at Friends of Wake County GAL. Go to the link in our bio to make a donation and if you’re around Monday 8/3, come on out to help us stuff these bags and get them to the kids that need them the most.

Join us on Monday, July 20 for a special sunflower run through Dorothea Dix Park! 🌻 We will gather as
usual at The Bend Bar at 6pm, this time for a special route to see the sunflowers. All paces welcome, 3, 4 and 5 mile routes. 🏃🏻🏃🏽‍♀️

After we will gather back at The Bend for trivia at 7pm. This will be the second week of our school supplies drive. 🎒 We will have raffle tickets for $10 a piece to raise funds for school supplies for children in the Triangle area (partnering with Great Outdoor Provision Co. Friends Of Wake GAL ). Raffle items will include gift cards and experiences with local businesses!

Another amazing year of the community coming together to show out and run for Love.

We had a stellar morning with y’all out at and can’t thank everyone enough for supporting. With just over 1,650 people in the 5K and 100+ kids in the Kids Dash, we were able to raise over $30,000 for the & ! Y’all brought the energy and it showed.

Meet Hannes Ringoot, a dedicated member of nOG Run Club and a man on a mission. After the heartbreaking loss of his daughter Ellory in August 2025 due to a preventable cause - a small placenta - Hannes and his wife, Celeste, turned their grief into action.

In Ellory’s honor, Hannes has committed to running one marathon every month for a year. His goal? To raise awareness and crucial funds for placental health and stillbirth prevention ensuring no other family has to experience this unimaginable loss.

Through every race, Hannes brings people together, honors his daughter‘s memory, and most importantly, works to save future parents from this trauma.

We are inspired by Hannes‘ journey and grateful he calls nOG Run Club home on Monday nights. This Saturday, Hannes will take on the Roanoke marathon, followed by the Durham Garmin series marathon on May 2nd.

We want to give a big shoutout to Gary Franks for this years calendar sales! Gary has been photographing and making the Running in the Triangle calendars for the past several years now and has raised thousands of dollars for local organizations in doing so. With the help of Susan Heuser Knipper, almost 700 calendars were sold this year! Proceeds from the calendar sales will go to help with our Back to School drive this summer, as well as individual donations to several local organizations that are doing good in the Triangle. Big thanks to Gary & Susan, as well as everyone who purchased a calendar to support the community!
