It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our dear Mary Holtschneider, a friend, ally, and fervent supporter of East Coast Game Conference. Many knew her as the VIP lounge volunteer and all all-around lovely person.

We announce with a heavy heart that ECGC's website has gone dark. We've had a terrific run of hosting conferences under various names, starting at Wake Technical Community College as the DGXpo in 2005, with Epic Games' Tim Sweeney as our keynote. Since 2008 we've hosted the East Coast Game Conference at Raleigh Convention Center. Thousands of new and seasoned developers have networked at our events and found lasting employment in the industry. We are very proud of our contributions. Thanks to everyone who participated over the years. , we will miss you all. Troy, Walter, Cindy & Jane
