One phrase I keep coming back to is ‘Scientia potentia est’ - it means "Knowledge is power" (English), "Savoir c'est pouvoir" (French), "Ingangondo ake ngagou" (Sango). This idea reshaped my view: denying young people full access to information strips them of their power. What better way to share knowledge than through a community library? Help us meet our first goal of founding a community library in the C.A.R. by donating to our organization. What line have you read or heard that still sticks with you?
