📚✏️ 2026 Online Registration is Open! ✏️📚

The Smith County School District is excited to begin registration for the 2026-2027 school year! Parents may start the online registration process through their ActiveParent account.

✅ Students must already attend the intended school.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents will log into their current Active Parent account.
📄 Activation code is on the student's end-of-year report card.
📝 Registration is not complete until all forms are submitted and approved by the school clerks.
⚠️ (No student will be approved until all forms are submitted and verified.)
🍎 Child Nutrition form must be filed out online.
📅 (Forms will not be available until July 1, 2026.)
🏠 Proof of Residency must be uploaded.
🔹 Parents may start the online process now.
📌 All uploads and Child Nutrition form will not be available until July 1, 2026.
📍 In-person registration will be July 20–24, 2026

📋 Must have:
📄 Birth Certificate (if not on file at current school)
💉 Immunization Records (if not on file at current school)
🏠 (2) Two Proofs of Residency (May, June, or July Utility Bills)
⚠️ (Utility bills must be water bill, power bill, or gas bill. NOT driver's licenses, tag receipt, cell phone, DirectTV, or medical bills.)

⏰ Deadline will be July 27, 2026

🚫📚 No schedules will be given until all registration is complete.

Great event to help support our brothers and sisters in red!
Please always remember we as volunteer departments rely heavily on donations and fundraisers to be able to provide support to our community.

The 48th Annual Mississippi Watermelon Festival will be held on July 17th & 18th, in Mize, MS. The MS Watermelon Festival is a fundraiser for the Mize Volunteer Fire Dept, and all proceeds go to the Fire Dept. Everyone in the Fire Dept and everyone that helps put the Festival on are volunteers. Putting the MS Watermelon Festival on each year allows us to not just raise money for the Fire Dept, but to bring a great event to our community.
