Hi everyone! It's tax time again (boooooo).
If you've ever wondered if your medical expenses are tax-deductible, then the spreadsheet below is for you! Feel free to copy and paste this sheet's content to help you maximize your tax return.

Being chronically ill is expensive; the least we can do is claim the expenses on our taxes!

As most of you probably know, it seems SNAP benefits will not be dispersed in November. People with disabilities are less likely to be able to access food pantries and use the food in the pantries because of their illnesses/disabilities.

My non-profit, Chronic Hope Cares, is organizing volunteers to help fill this need. We are a registered non-profit, donations can be tax-deductible, and tax receipts can be provided.

If you are able to volunteer time or donate food/money please add your name/business to the following spreadsheet:

The card we wish we all had when running into an ableist in p***c!

Chronic Hope Cares actually sells three versions of this card. Each was made with heart and s***k. We lovingly call them Sassy Spoonie Cards.

100% of the money made from our Sassy Spoonie Cards goes to our non-profit Chronic Hope Cares. As always, 100% of the money brought into Chronic Hope Cares goes directly to helping people in the chronic pain/illness community.

That's right 100%.

I hope it's okay to share this here. Chronic Hope Counseling/Cares are still trying to reach our $10k goal to get Sarah and Laura replacement mobility aids.

We have tons of new items for sale. 100% of all proceeds go straight to Laura and Sara. We have some great new sassy disability items! All items were created with sass and annoyance with ableism.

We are almost 70% towards our goal which would get both Laura and Sarah new mobility device. Because everyone deserves the freedom to easily navigate the world.

Some ideas for a calming night routine to help relax and go to sleep. In addition, turning off screens an hour before bed, curling up with a pet, putting on comfy pj's and fuzzy socks, anything that makes you feel comfortable and content! 💜😴
