Spring evenings, good company, and poetry in bloom 🌿✨

The Oakwood Garden Club gathered for our April meeting at the gorgeous home of our artist friend Terry. Her talent brings beauty and creativity to everything she touches ✨

We were treated to a reading by Gabrielle Calvocoressi—poet and professor who shared inspiring poetry.

We came for the love of gardens, stayed for the words, and left a little more inspired 🌸📖

The Oakwood Garden Club is honored to partner with Open Table United Methodist Church to spread a little holiday warmth ❤️🎄

Together, we were able to provide holiday baskets for 40 local families, filled with winter gear and grocery gift cards to help make the season brighter.

A huge thank-you to Meghan Calichman for organizing this effort and beautifully assembling all the items into festive gift bags—your heart and hard work made this possible.

And thank you to all of our OGC members and Oakwood neighbors for your generosity and support. Community truly is the greatest gift ✨
