A new year of leadership, learning & connection!

This month, we officially welcomed our 2026–2027 NAWIC Triangle Board and kicked off the year with a deep dive into behavioral analytics; learning more about how we communicate, collaborate, and lead alongside different personalities.

Special thanks to our host LeChase Construction Services & our wonderful speaker, Francesca Schavran Haniquet, and her words of wisdom.

We’re excited for the year ahead and grateful for the women stepping up to lead, serve, and continue building our NAWIC community!

Join NAWIC Triangle and WIA Triangle for an evening of honest stories from women leaders who have experienced setbacks, made mistakes, and found growth on the other side.

Too often we only hear about success. This event is about everything that came before it: the lessons learned, the resilience built, and the moments that shaped each journey.

Come connect with fellow professionals, enjoy drinks and light bites, and leave reminded that perfection isn't the goal...growth is.
