This decision was made with purpose—to elevate the experience, secure the right space, and ensure that what we deliver reflects the standard of excellence you deserve.

Whew… this week has tested me in every way! I could’ve slipped back into the old me—mad, broken, reckless, offended, bitter—but I made the choice to grow. 🙏🏽

I am pleased to be joining renowned leaders at the launch of the Black AIDS Institute's BHIVE program, a critical initiative addressing the Black HIV Epidemic.

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and devoted HIV awareness advocate, I will discuss my personal experiences and expertise on combating HIV in Black communities and promoting health awareness among HBCU student population.

Founded in 2021, the Black AIDS Institute remains the nation's sole Black-led organization dedicated to this cause, with its BHIVE program, in collaboration with top HBCUs, cultivating compassionate leadership.

Please join us in Memphis on October 8-9 for this significant conference.

On November 9th, 2023, from 9am-1pm, we're hosting a special "Hair in the Community" event at the Women's Center on New Bern Avenue. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back and help those in need by providing much-needed hair care services.

💇‍♀️ What we need from you:
- Your amazing styling skills
- Your compassionate heart

💕 What you'll receive:
- The satisfaction of making someone's day
- The chance to be a part of a wonderful community event

This is a volunteer opportunity, and we kindly ask all stylists to provide their services at no cost. Your generosity will make a world of difference to the clients at the Women's Center.
