Welcome to Episode Five of Season Two of The Quadcast. In this episode, we are joined by five men from God’s Way Home Inc., a faith-based treatment house dedicated to helping individuals recover from drug and alcohol addiction. God’s Way Home Inc. operates with a clear and purposeful mission: to help men in the community who are suffering from addiction by teaching them who Jesus Christ is, what He has done to set them free through His name and His blood, and how to grow into effective, productive men. Today’s conversation explores faith, recovery, accountability, and the daily work of transformation. We are grateful to our guests for their openness and willingness to share their experiences, and we thank God’s Way Home Inc. for the work they continue to do in service of hope and restoration.

Are you looking for a great way to give back? God's Way Home has 20 residents, and these guys go through a lot of hygiene products and cleaning supplies, etc. We are running low on some supplies. The list of items we are in need of is below. If you feel led to help, it would be much appreciated.

Calling all experienced potters!

Put your skills to work for a good cause at Carnegie Hall next Saturday, January 17th at noon, creating bowls to be donated to our Empty Bowls event in February!

Volunteers should have some pottery experience and be comfortable throwing on a wheel. There will be a limited amount of molds available for hand building if needed.

Those interested in volunteering their time and donating their work are encouraged to text or call Sean O'Connel at (304) 667-9098 to RSVP.

We would like to thank everyone again that contributed to our banquet dinner. It was a huge success. We were able to begin purchasing supplies this week with the money that was raised and begin work on building two office spaces for counseling and peer services.

Thank you to all of our sponsors and all who helped and attended the God's Way Home 2nd Annual Banquet Dinner. We had 194 people in attendance. We had 35 wonderful sponsors for this event. With over 70 items donated for the silent auction and some good singing from Dwain Sheppard, everyone was entertained all evening long. Melvin Honaker, a 2024 graduate of God’s Way Home, gave his testimony and shared what God has done in his life. Brent from Park Center was there doing a gun raffle too. Everyone helped themselves to our dinner buffet that was filled with so many delicious foods. We raised $20,000 to help God's Way Home with everyday expenses. God really blessed this event and we are so thankful for all who helped with the event in any way. We are looking forward to planning our next banquet dinner for 2026!
