40 years ago today I was told that I had 3 months to live. I had a wonderful pastor that taught me how to pray. He said don’t put a time line on your life. Don’t pray that you want to live long enough to see your kids remember you because that is putting a timeline on your life. That was Bro Danny Jackson our pastor at that time in McRae, Arkansas. He died on his daughter’s 9th birthday a few years later of cancer.
