Tomorrow our Hoke County Teen Court participants will step into leadership roles as jurors, attorneys, clerks, and courtroom leaders during our upcoming Teen Court session.

Teen Court helps young people build accountability, communication, leadership, and real-world decision-making skills through restorative justice and leadership development.

Confidence looks different when young people are actually given opportunities to lead.

As the school year winds down, we’re continuing to create spaces where youth can build confidence, communication skills, leadership experience, and real-world exposure through Hoke County Teen Court ⚖️

This Thursday, we’ll be hosting Teen Court Office Hours to help youth volunteers prepare ahead of upcoming hearings, learn courtroom roles, ask questions, and build confidence before trial night.

We currently have THREE hearings coming up and are continuing to welcome youth interested in:
⚖️ Attorneys
⚖️ Bailiffs
⚖️ Clerks
⚖️ Jurors

Some of the most confident young leaders I know found their voice in Teen Court.

They learned how to:
✔ speak professionally
✔ think critically
✔ lead under pressure
✔ communicate with confidence
✔ work as a team
✔ step outside their comfort zone

As we prepare for one of our biggest Teen Court sessions yet, we’re inviting youth volunteers ages 11–17 to join us for Office Hours next Thursday.

Whether your child is interested in law, leadership, public speaking, helping others, or simply building confidence… this is an incredible opportunity to grow.

Tonight’s Teen Talk was special. 💜💛

We asked:
👉 “What do adults NOT understand about being a teenager today?”

And the real takeaway wasn’t just the conversation itself…

It was the willingness of our youth to show up honest, open, vulnerable, and REAL with each other.

That’s something we never take lightly.

At Molding Young Moguls, Teen Talk isn’t just another activity. The circle is sacred.

It’s a space where young people can:
✔ speak freely
✔ feel heard
✔ process real emotions
✔ challenge perspectives
✔ practice communication
✔ and learn they’re not alone in what they’re carrying

Tonight there were laughs, deep moments, hard truths, thoughtful questions, and genuine connection.

And in a world where so many young people feel pressure to always “look okay,” seeing them trust the space enough to open up the way they did was powerful.

That’s why we’re launching the Mogul Mindset Series — a speaker and leadership development series designed to connect youth with real people, real careers, real stories, and real possibilities.

From entrepreneurs and elected officials to creatives, professionals, and community leaders… our youth will hear directly from people doing the work and building impact in the real world.

Yesterday was amazing. 💜

Thank you to every family who came out to our Annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Community Outreach Advocates & friends in honor of the late great Martha Ruth Beatty.

Seeing kids laughing, running through the park, and enjoying time together is exactly why we do this.

Events like this remind us how special our community really is and has been one of the biggest yet!
