This month Angels In Action Resource Center want to educate on Life Transition Binder 🙏🏾
Life Transition Binder
In the unfortunate event of you/or loved one passing, please make sure you and next of kin have prepared personal information as follows to care for end of life needs.
[ ] Use a 3 ring binder/ or folder with clear inserts.
[ ] Store life insurance policies, renewals, bank accounts, beneficiaries, print Social Security statements, retirement information, mortgage/rent, utilities, car payments, etc with contacts.
[ ] Employer- Provide human resources contact and supervisor.
[ ] Phone- Include password to access phone
[ ] Passwords- Provide list of accounts with log in/Passwords.
[ ] Provide your final wishes (living will, or notorized preferred.
[ ] Make sure you have life insurance at least 10K or best available for reduce financial cost to next of kin.
[ ] Choose funeral home, burial sight/cremation.
Please share to all your next of kin to support awareness of end of life transitioning.
