Check out some of the awesome shop projects our students have been working on this year!

Our 8th grade students are just getting started in the shop, learning basic skills through projects like string art, introductory arc welding, and using the scroll saw.

Students in Ag Mechanical Principles (Shop 1) are learning foundational shop skills, including the basics of wiring a home and their final welding projects.

Our Shop 2 students are taking their skills to the next level by designing and building their own woodworking projects and learning to use the lathe to create custom lamps.

We are proud of the hard work, creativity, and hands-on skills our students are developing every day!

Congratulations to Cristian Ramirez for being the top Shark Tank drink cart seller in our Ag Business class! Cristian finished with an impressive 86% profit margin through hard work, smart planning, and great customer service.

This project gave students hands-on experience with entrepreneurship by allowing them to create, market, and manage their own small business. Students learned important skills such as budgeting, pricing products, calculating profit margins, customer interaction, inventory management, and the daily responsibilities that come with owning and operating a business.

We are proud of all of our students for stepping outside their comfort zones and gaining real-world business experience!

Today was our last FFA meeting of the year, so we made sure to make it count! What better way to wrap up a great year than with a cookout and some time spent having fun with friends?

We also focused on “Being a Friend” by inviting students who are not currently in FFA to join us, in hopes of encouraging them to become part of FFA next year. It was a great opportunity to share what FFA is all about and build connections beyond our chapter.

A good time was had by all, and we’re already looking forward to what next year brings! 🌱🔥

A big thank you to The Local Butcher for providing the hot dogs and to FFA alumni member Tony Hupp for coming out to help cook and support our event.
