H.O.T. Government is pursuing the Hall report

Racine County paid an outside law firm to find out what Sheriff’s Office supervisors knew about Deputy Preston Kite before his arrest and what they did about it. The county then disciplined one captain, released a six-page summary written by the Sheriff, and sealed the report the summary was drawn from. The Sheriff’s own summary says supervisory staff, plural, were aware. The public has never been allowed to see what the investigator found, whom he interviewed, what he was asked to examine, or whether the Sheriff’s summary matches his findings.

The county’s answers to our requests have been a blanket privilege claim, a denial that any document defines the review’s scope, and silence from the Sheriff’s Office. A review of government conduct, paid for with public money, whose conclusions the county has already used to discipline an employee, should not be a secret from the people who paid for it. That is the whole reason.

Maybe there's a lesson to be learned here. The bottom line is that everything comes down to the COST of any given commodity. Like it or not votes, or more precisely ballots, are a valuable commodity these days. And it is the “ballots,” not the votes that actually count.

As of this writing, spending on this current 2026 election has amounted to almost $250Million including both Party/Candidate and Independent spending. About 2.5 million ballots are expected to be counted for the election. That’s about $1000 per ballot and growing. A reasonable guess to the cost of a “manufactured,” mail-in ballot, along with getting it to be counted might be $100 per ballot: The state prints and mails the ballot for “free”. Then you have the collection cost, $40 or so, and the processing. NGO’s are relatively cheap and even cheaper when they are run on the government’s dime.

Now consider that you don’t need to cheat in the whole state, only in key districts, cities, and counties. To steal an election, you only need to manufacture 5% (or so) of the votes cast. That’s about 120,000 state-wide and let’s say 60,000 for the key elections. 60,000 x $100 per ballot = $600,000. How does that compare to $250Million? Do you see a bit of disparity?

The answer to this problem is to increase the cost of the manufactured ballots, not necessarily the economic cost, but the cost to those who actually do the processing and the organizing. And you do that by inflicting heavy, heavy legal penalties. After all, acts involved in stealing elections, or taking the right of self-governance away from The People is equivalent to WAR against the people. And conspiracy to do the same is TREASON, which is punishable by death. Now, how does that thought boost the cost of manufactured ballots?

The solution is there. The problem that we have is getting the will to inflict it upon the guilty. Until someone has the balls to both take the situation seriously and take the needed action, elections will CONTINUE to be stolen.

We receive the invoices for the Kite investigation. There was no investigation for the public.

WHAT DID RACINE COUNTY PAY $51,414 FOR?

After Deputy Preston Kite was arrested in February 2024, Racine County hired a law firm to look into what the Sheriff's Office knew. The County refuses to release that report. Today the County Clerk released the invoices.

The bills tell us what kind of review it was, in the law firm's own words. - No review for the public
The County ordered a liability assessment for its own lawyer. The first week's work is billed as a "Defense Investigation in Anticipation of Litigation."

- The investigator helped the County answer records requests about his own work, on four occasions between March 2024 and March 2025.
- The report was adjusted after it was finished. In February 2025 the firm went back "to reconcile discrepancy in the investigation report… per client request."

The County has not said what the discrepancy was.

Then the County spent $19,586 more on a second law firm, defending the secrecy of the file in court.

The records in that case were later posted online by their subject, Investigator Cary Madrigal, on her own campaign website.

$31,828 to write a review the public cannot read.
$19,586 to keep it that way.
Every bill charged to "Public Liability Atty Fees."
Every bill stamped "NOT A PUBLIC RECORD."
The Clerk released them anyway.

A county facing lawsuits may hire defense counsel. Nothing here says the lawyers did anything wrong.

What the bills show is this: the County never commissioned a review meant for the public, and it has spent nearly $20,000 more defending the secrecy of the one it did commission.

Miss Leavitt was fantastic on Trump’s podium. She was smart, elegant and took no crap. No one could have been better. It would be a pretty safe bet that Fox was courting Leavitt for some time. It also might be a safe bet to assume that somewhere in a room filled with corporate RINO types and Libs, finding a way to get rid of Leavitt has also been a topic for some time. And it may have come down to this: “Let’s buy her. Let’s put her to work at Fox, where we can control her.” That may be speculation, but do you really think that it is far off the mark?

Like any corporate giant, Fox is controlled by a Board of Directors. They dictate policy. They control output. And they get rid of or destroy anyone that does not toe the line. What happened to Tucker Carlson? What happened to Bill O’Reilly? How does Emily Compagno describe David Crowley as a “moderate”? Why does Greg Gutfeld constantly push FOR Data Centers?

How long will it be before Karoline’s phone rings and there is a discussion of what she can and cannot say on the air? Are there clauses in her contract talking about ‘bad behavior’ and the consequences thereof? Would Fox actually fire her and cut her out of what must be a multi-million-dollar deal? That type of cash being at risk is a lot of pressure on anyone not yet 30 years old. And that “risk” lends itself to a lot of control by the corporate world.

Is that how the corporate world operates? You could look in the world of sports. Do “morals clauses” exist in the contracts of athletes? Has Fox ever resorted to such tactics? You might want to ask Ivory Hecker.

Miss Hecker recently gave a presentation at the 2nd Annual Liberty Summit put on by HOT Government. Her presentation said exactly that, that corporate Fox pressured her to discontinue reports and investigations on things that the board felt were not in THEIR interests. Truth didn’t matter. Miss Hecker, now Mrs. Fritz, finally had enough of being told what to do, quit Fox and became an independent journalist. You can find and follow her online.

As for Karoline, time will tell. Will she be filtered by the corporates? If so, will she forgo $Millions for the sake of Journalistic Ethics? Wouldn’t be fun to have real-time Flock cameras set up in Fox’s board room?

Version 3 of the Milwaukee Central Count chronology for the Aug. 11 primary adds a new eyewitness' photos and notes from election night. 3 things stand out:

First, pod 8 (serial 9523090674) is the only tabulator for which the City produced no audit log. An observer photographed Deputy Director Maricha Harris performing the pod 8 export. The Milwaukee Election Commission (MEC) admits five machines were mis-exported. Four have logs. The fifth, hers, does not.

Second, the seal numbers are now in the record. The new seal she placed on pod 8 after the export (45807890) had to be broken for the 12:20 a.m. re-export and again on Aug. 28. Neither break is recorded on any EL-104 error report.

Third, the Executive Director Paulina Gutierrez, the Deputy Director and all three MEC commissioners left for the Courthouse with the USB sticks just before 11 p.m., and the observers left with them.

Every tabulator event logged after that, i) a shutdown, ii) a menu walk-through, iii) an unexplained power loss, iv) two machines powered back on, happened with no senior official and no public observer present.

At his sentencing, Preston Kite told a Racine County Circuit Court judge — under oath, in open court — that he had been having sexual relationships with two deputies and a supervisor within his own department, and an ADA from a neighboring county.

That statement is in the public transcript. Doc. 39, page 21.

Here is what happened after that statement was made:

Racine County paid $31,828 for an outside review of the Sheriff’s Office. It will not release that review. Nothing in the public record shows anyone investigated the individuals Kite named. The two deputies have never been identified. The supervisor has never been identified. The ADA has never been identified. No agency has publicly confirmed the disclosures were even looked at.

The County then spent nearly $20,000 in legal fees keeping the file closed.

We are not accusing anyone of a crime. No one named in Kite’s statement has been charged with anything. What we are asking is the same question we have been asking since June:

Did anyone look into this? And if so, why won’t they say so?

The November election is weeks away. The candidate for Sheriff ran the department where this statement was made and the review was buried.

Voters deserve to know before they vote.
