Recipe for Success: HALO Kitchen Incubator Recipe for Success: the HALO Incubator Kitchen located in Racine Wisconsin. We offer a fully outfitted kitchen open 24 hours a day.

We offer commercial kitchen space and guidance to small food businesses that need access to a commercial kitchen but are not ready for a location of their own. The HALO Incubator Kitchen provides the space to help those on a tight budget develop their concept. In this competitive market, sometimes having a commercial kitchen space to rent can mean the difference between a business succeeding or fa

iling before it even gets off the ground. We also provide guidance for small start up businesses in getting their kitchen license. The kitchen provides pantry space as well as a personal refrigerator for cooking and baking materials to be stored. Access to industrial ovens, stoves, and baking equipment is also provided for a minimal hourly rate. The kitchen can also be rented for teaching demonstrations or workshops.
