Join Cedar & Stone Forest Therapy on June 25 for a beautiful sunset session on our grounds! Check out this posting for more information 💕🌱☀️
🌿✨ JUNE IS FILLING FAST AT CEDAR & STONE ✨🌿
If your nervous system is tired, your kids are climbing the walls, your creativity feels dusty, or your soul has been whispering “I need something different”… this is your sign hanging from the trees like a little paper lantern. 🌲
June events are officially open, and several have intentionally tiny group sizes so they stay cozy, meaningful, and deeply personal. Which means… waiting until “later” is a dangerous little game. 👀
Here’s what June is bringing:
🌱 June 15 & 17 | Tiny Twigs
For curious little humans ages 3–5 who need more mud pies, wonder, movement, confidence, and less “I’m bored.”
Nature play helps children build creativity, emotional regulation, curiosity, and connection… while you get to slow down and experience it beside them. These spots are very limited because little twigs deserve room to roam.
📖 June 16 | Blue House Books Pop-Up
A dreamy evening for book lovers, slow wanderers, and people who believe stories belong beside trees.
If your ideal night includes books, fresh air, and charming community vibes… this one has your name written in moss.
🍃 June 17 & 25 | Nature Journaling
You do not need to be an artist. Truly.
This is for the people whose brains are crowded. The people who haven’t created anything in years. The people craving calm.
Nature journaling helps with mindfulness, stress reduction, creativity, memory, and noticing your life again instead of racing through it at 100 mph in survival mode with iced coffee. ✍️🌿
🍎 June 18 | FREE Teacher Rest & Reset
Teachers… this one is for the nervous systems held together with dry-erase markers and caffeine since August.
No grading. No meetings. No emotional labor.
Just support, rest, breathing room, and the permission to be cared for for once.
(FREE because educators deserve soft places to land.)
🌅 June 25 | Chasing Sunsets
This is not just watching a sunset.
This is about remembering that you are a human being, not a machine.
Slow walking, golden light, gentle connection, quiet moments, fresh air, and that strange, beautiful feeling of realizing summer is happening right now. Bring someone you love, or come alone and leave lighter.
✨ Here’s the truth:
Most people wait until they are completely burned out before they finally give themselves permission to do something restorative.
Don’t do that this summer.
Pick one event. Just one.
Give yourself something to look forward to besides errands and laundry baskets. 🌾
Register early before the tiny-group magic disappears into the woods. 🍄
