Congrats Tilly!
Tilly Did It!
We’re thrilled to share that Tilly has officially earned her AKC Therapy Dog Excellent (THDX) title!
This prestigious award is given to therapy dogs who have completed 200 or more volunteer visits, demonstrating extraordinary dedication, compassion, and consistency in their service. To earn this distinction, dogs must be certified through a recognized organization, pass the AKC Good Citizen evaluation, and be registered with the AKC—making this a truly meaningful achievement. Tilly is certified as a Therapy Dog through Kenosha Kennel Club and Partners With Paws.
Over the last year, Tilly has completed more than 200 visits throughout the Kenosha Police Department, Kenosha area schools, and countless community events. Every wag, cuddle, and quiet moment of comfort she’s shared has helped brighten someone’s day.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible people who welcomed Tilly into their spaces, supported her journey, and believed in the power of a therapy dog’s gentle presence. Thank you for helping Tilly reach this milestone and for being part of her mission to spread kindness wherever she goes.
