(I DON'T Do)
1.Move heavy furniture or large appliances
2.Climb on step ladders higher than two steps
3.Clean or dust heavily cluttered areas
4. Remove items from bookshelves, cabinets, or drawers
5. Handle delicate, fragile, or irreplaceable items unless discussed in advance
6. Clean areas blocked by clutter, cords, or personal belongings
7.Clean exterior windows or high interior windows
8.Clean biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids, or animal waste
9.Clean construction dust or post-renovation debris
10. Provide restoration, stain removal, or damage repair services
11. Clean areas requiring specialty equipment or unsafe access
12. Remove, disconnect, or reassemble electronics, mounted TVs, or cords
13.Clean items that are unsafe, broken, or unstable
(I DO)
1.Clean around fragile items with care and attention
2. Remove small area rugs when safe to do so for proper floor cleaning
3. Move Light furniture for example dining chairs around the table to clean underneath
4. Dust and wipe accessible surfaces, décor, and fixtures within reach
5.Use appropriate, surface-safe products for each area of the home
6.Follow a consistent, room-by-room cleaning system for thorough results
7.Notify the client of any damage, concerns, or maintenance issues noticed during the clean
