I love being in the kitchen and creating my own recipes. But my real enjoyment comes from other people enjoying my creations. They are made with such a tremendous amount of love. My dream is to own a food truck. Unfortunately, I have been very ill for about 3 years now. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in 2021. Part of my treatment included Gastric Bypass. Once I got the gastric bypass,
my body kind of just shut down and I became super sick and could not eat or drink for 4 months. In June of 22', I received a feeding tube and kept that for 5 months. I still struggled after it was removed but I finally became able to tolerate food again. Then in August of 23', my heart decided to start giving out. My heart rate became very slow, and I was place yet again in the hospital where the final result was to get a pacemaker. But I am still having some heart issues at the moment. So, because of my health issues I am unable to work a regular job. And I want to share my passion with others while building my dreams into reality. With that being said, let me help you in your day-to-day life. I can prepare your dinner, either ready to cook or ready to serve or frozen for an easy night. I can help you plan your event or cater it. I can help you do weekly meal prepping. Or I can just make you a snack. The sky is the limit.
