We really had a GREAT time yesterday at the New Kent Parks & Rec and New Kent Chamber of Commerce Trunk or Treat event! Seeing so many smiling faces from this beautiful community really did our heart good! Thank you all for embracing us and allowing us to be a part of this wonderful event! 💙

🕊️ Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Sister Gloria Jean Woodson Bassett 🕊️

With hearts filled with both sorrow and gratitude, the New Covenant Community Church family pauses to honor and celebrate the life of our beloved Sister Gloria Jean Woodson Bassett.

Affectionately known as Glo and Glo Jean, she was truly a light wherever she went. Her radiant smile, vibrant personality, impeccable sense of style, and unwavering love for God and His people made her unforgettable.

Sister Gloria served in our Diaconate and Music Ministries, leaving a lasting impression on our church family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence was a blessing, her love was genuine, and her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of many.

We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to her daughter Adriane, son-in-law Troy, granddaughter Ashlyn, and the entire family.
