Now Hiring: Leasing Manager

Sunset Apartments

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, typically 4 days per week, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

About the Position

Sunset Apartments is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Leasing Manager to oversee the day-to-day office operations of our apartment community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping prospective residents find their new home.

We offer a flexible schedule, with typical hours of four days per week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For candidates seeking full-time employment, we are willing to consider expanding the hours for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Greet prospective tenants, answer questions, and provide apartment tours.
Coordinate the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
Ensure all required paperwork is completed and organized before move-in.
Verify that lease agreements are signed and all required payments, including security deposits and first month’s rent, are collected before move-in.
Ensure apartments are clean, maintained, and ready for new residents.
Coordinate the move-out process, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and tenant records are updated.
Maintain accurate tenant files, lease agreements, and payment records.
Communicate professionally with current and prospective residents.
Assist with other day-to-day property management duties as needed.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable handling paperwork, records, and payment documentation.
Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or office administration is preferred but not required.

Huge shout out to Sunset Senior Living's Maintenance department for providing our residents with so many smiles and laughs today. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear roads for our hayrack (without the hay) ride today. We can't wait to do it again next year!

It was an honor to be able to host our 10th annual car show last evening. We had amazing music from Heartland Classic, some beautiful cars, and we shared the evening with amazing people. We wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped to put this together. You all are amazing!!!
