This week, Quincy Neighborhood Federation will be posting a registration Google Form on all of our pages.

If your child attends Parsons, Harrison Hills, or Jefferson Youth Center, please take a few minutes to complete the form.

📝 Prefer a paper copy? No problem! Paper registration forms will also be sent home with the kids this week.

It is very important that we have a completed registration form for every child who attends our Youth Centers. This ensures that our staff has current contact and emergency information in case of an emergency or an incident at the center.
