Officer and Graybeard Meeting - Sunday 12pm. Likely location - Dana's shop, waiting to confirm. This will be relatively short and *not* a general meeting.

BBQ at Plumies tomorrow, Sunday 6/21, from 12:30-4. Burgers, brats, hot dogs. Chapter is dontating some food and man power.

June meeting is cancelled. We may look at some sort of socially distanced thing during the month.

Gold Digger Days has been cancelled this year.

There has been no update on Doyle Days. That said, if it does occur, it will be per individual interest rather than an official chapter event -- unless things drastically change.

A permit is being filed for a use permit for a potential Sept doins. We are also investigating other options, but govt policy remains as it is.

Still looking into private land options, but we still need to comply with county and state rules. But starting on a permit with the Forest Service for an option in Sept Doins. Plan is to have multiple irons in the fire snd flexibility to confirm to necessity.

7-11 has the virtue of private property.

On the doins search, I’m reaching out to the forest circus to put a permit in place if things open up. The concierge they are using for camp grounds isn’t dealing with things right now.

I had hoped for XNGH Gallagher’s property, but it sold a month ago. He’s reaching out to sources he knows. I’m reaching out to private sources I know.

We are blessed up here having the open spaces we do have, but in times like this, things are challenging.

It's official, call from Mark at Oakland Camp. They are not opening this year. I've asked him to keep in touch if they need any help with projects/etc and would let the brethren know.

He and I will touch base in July to discuss 6026.

The Humbug is going with the assumption Oakland Camp will not happen. The odds don’t make sense now.

We are looking at at other options and will need to conform to State and County regulations. If you know potential private property sites, reach out to this account.

We can trade work and money for an event.

Chapter update - Plaques still being researched; Oakland camp unlikely pending an update from Mark; Plumas County consierge company managing parks confirmed not an option for June due to Covid situation; options for September still under research - state/feds aren’t working/permits/covid situation.

In more important news - Jim Cirner is now our proctor. He was in attendance at Taylorsville last year. He is also now the Sublime Noble Recorder. Despite his nickname Crapper, he does not share his RV facility with anyone.

A few chapter 8 brothers are planning on retreading 7-11 the weekend of 6/7... contact Justin Easy-on or Ryan for details.

As a state registered non-profit, we are looking to do what we can but also constrained by county, state, and federal regulations. If you and others want to meet up, do so as a private affair. As a chapter; we are on lockdown until state and local policies say otherwise.
