Another successful weekend at Music in the Parks🎢🎶 The Quincy High School Band and Choir enjoyed their annual trip to Silverwood this weekend, highlighted by an overnight stay at the Mirabeau Park Hotel. Thanks to the incredible fundraising efforts of our students, families, and supporters, this memorable experience was provided at no cost to almost 170 music students.

We were awarded the following:
🏆QHS Band 3rd Place Concert Band
🏆QHS Spectrum Choir 2nd Place Mixed Choir
🏆QHS Symphonic Choir 4th Place Mixed Choir
🏆QHS Concert Choir 2nd Place Treble Choir

All choirs earned Superior ratings, and for the fourth year in a row, the Outstanding Vocalist 🏅was awarded to a QHS Choir member; congratulations to Aubrey Miller on her beautiful solo in Spectrum Choir’s “Circa Mea.”

Thank you Quincy community and Quincy Booster Club , as well as all of our parent and community volunteers that chaperoned and helped fundraise to make this weekend possible 💚💛🎶 GO JACKS!

Thank you Microsoft Quincy for your generous donation of $10,000 to our high school music and theatre programs at the B Street Bash! 🤩 We are so thankful for your support of the performing arts in our schools! 🎉 Special shout-out to choirs students Jorge Salas-Ruiz and Julian Valenzuela for providing live music at the event 🎶

Congratulations to QHS Band - We were honored to march in the 88th Annual Spokane Lilac Festival Armed Forces Torchlight Parade🎉

The band earned a Lilac Gold Standard Award on Saturday night. The Lilac Gold Standard represents a high level of excellence in ensemble marching, appearance, musicality, and overall spirit.

Way to go Jackrabbits!💛💚🎶🎉⭐️🪻

SING 2026 💕🎶 Thank you Quincy Community for giving these students two nights of energetic audiences! You helped us raise almost $4,000 for the Quincy High School Choirs; we love performing for you, and we can’t wait until next year!
